Tea and coffee are available from 10.30 am. You will be welcomed, but you will not be overwhelmed or expected to explain why you have come.

A warm welcome, with room to take things at your own pace
Coming to a church for the first time can feel like a big step—especially if you are coming alone. At Harvest Field you can simply arrive, find a seat and take in the gathering without pressure.
The gathering
What our Sunday gathering is like
We meet as a relatively small group, so Sundays feel personal rather than like attending a large event. Our gathering has a clear shape, while leaving room for prayer, encouragement and the leading of the Holy Spirit.
Worship and prayer
We sing, pray and make space to respond to God together. You are welcome to join in as much or as little as feels comfortable.
Teaching for real life
The Bible is opened carefully and warmly, with teaching intended to strengthen faith and help us follow Jesus in everyday life.
People can contribute
Our size allows people to be known, heard and involved. There may be opportunity for members to share or pray, but visitors are never put on the spot.
No inside knowledge required
You do not have to arrive already knowing how church works
Some people come with a settled Christian faith; others are exploring, returning after time away or simply wondering whether Harvest Field could become a spiritual home. There is room for you to listen, ask questions and discover faith at your own pace.

What should I wear?
Whatever you would ordinarily feel comfortable wearing. Our atmosphere is informal.
What if I come alone?
Many of us know exactly how that feels. Someone will welcome you, and you will not be left to work everything out by yourself.
Will I be asked to speak?
No. You can take part quietly and observe. We will not single you out or ask you to do anything publicly.
Can I bring children?
Children are welcome. If you are visiting with children, please contact us beforehand and we can tell you what will be available that Sunday.
What about accessibility?
If you have a particular access need, contact us before coming and we will gladly help you plan your visit.
Where can I park?
Lynworth Hall has no dedicated car park, but street parking is available nearby, followed by a short walk to the hall.
